The foundation aims to support social and therapeutic institutions for people with disabilities through the organization of events. Furthermore, the foundation aims to preserve the Brunnadere-Huus property, which is under monument protection, located at Elfenauweg 46 in Bern. It makes its properties, Bern-Gbbl. No. 4055 (Brunnadere-Huus) and Bern-Gbbl. No. 1042 (Faltenglück), both in district IV, available for rent at favorable conditions for the operation of institutions in accordance with paragraph 1. Additionally, the foundation makes its real estate property (Bern-Gbbl. No. 977, district IV) available to third parties at favorable conditions for the establishment and operation of facilities for the elderly. The foundation uses the proceeds from the management of its historically held property to fulfill the aforementioned purposes. The foundation is active in the canton of Bern, is non-profit and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
