Stiftung DentAgeCare

The foundation aims to promote self-determined, independent and self-effective living in old age. The focus is on oral and dental hygiene in old age, as well as regional care and support chains in socially integrated elderly care. The foundation can either launch its own programs to improve self-determined, independent and self-effective living, or support, promote, participate in, merge with or establish new organizations that work in the field of socially integrated elderly care. This purpose is pursued in particular through the provision of dental hygiene preventive care, awareness-raising and education in nursing homes, with a focus on the oral and dental hygiene of residents in elderly centers in the Basel region or Northwestern Switzerland. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
