Stiftung der Bonotec Holding AG

The foundation aims to promote the existence of Bonotec Holding AG and the companies it holds, as well as their continuation as a viable enterprise for the benefit of the personnel employed and the national economy, by representing the shares of Bonotec Holding AG owned by the foundation. In doing so, the interests of the other capital contributors to the enterprise must also be taken into account. It aims to support and promote personnel training within the entire enterprise. In addition, it aims to provide for the personnel of Bonotec Holding AG and the companies it holds by providing assistance and benefits to employees or their dependents and heirs in cases of old age, disability, illness, accident, unemployment or other special needs. Furthermore, benefits may be provided to employees for the education or vocational training of their children, as well as for the establishment and operation of welfare institutions or similar facilities for the benefit of personnel (e.g. kindergartens and nurseries, recreation centers). The foundation may provide benefits as defined in Articles 338 and 339 b), c) and d) of the Code of Obligations.
