Achievement of the Rotary objective in the sense of service to fellow human beings (community service and youth service) and to the environment, and in particular through assistance to people and bodies that have fallen into distress, poverty or hardship at home and abroad; assistance to or promotion of the needy, the sick, the disabled, addicts, the unemployed or others in need of support at home and abroad; training and promotion of young people; granting of scholarships, cost subsidies or contributions to stays at home and abroad; promotion of charitable projects and institutions.
