Professional framework conditions: The foundation enables help for those affected by ensuring that employees are professionally qualified and up to the task through training, further education, and continuing education in the socio-pedagogical field. Business management framework conditions: The foundation maintains existing and rents, buys, or builds new properties as needed, which meet the requirements and needs of the business units with family-like structures. In this context, the foundation can buy and sell plots of land and encumber them with limited real rights. Building high-performance teams with attractive employment conditions. The foundation's goal is that those affected can be taken in by the foundation's business units in a family-like environment with high consistency and commitment. The basis for this is the conviction that growing up with reliable, qualified reference persons is beneficial for emotional and social development. Developing relationship skills and living values, which are among the essential pedagogical goals. Those affected should have the opportunity to develop into independent, responsible, and socially competent people. That young people gain self-confidence and learn the necessary skills to fully integrate into society. The basis for this is the Christian basic attitude as a kind of reference culture, which means proven Christian but also Enlightenment-postulated liberal values as a standard in a changing society.
