Stiftung Ernst Stückelberg Maler

The foundation aims to (1) promote, further publicize and preserve the work of the painter Ernst Stückelberg, born in Basel in 1831 and deceased in 1903, particularly through exhibitions, publications and documentation of the work (Catalogue raisonné); (2) promote research on the conservation and restoration of the painter's work; (3) the foundation may acquire, lend and sell works by the painter; and (4) the foundation board may, on its own initiative, support further projects in the field of art. The foundation has exclusively non-profit character.
