The promotion of cultural, educational and economic relations between Europe and China in every possible way. These objectives are pursued in their entirety, without any specific order of priority. The foundation achieves this purpose primarily through the education of young Chinese in the German language. The most qualified participants in this education receive a financial contribution for a study or practical training in Europe. After completing their studies or training, the scholarship holders are intended to serve as carriers of European-Chinese exchange.
