Stiftung Felsentherme Vals

The purpose of the foundation is to maintain the Felsentherme on plot no. 3904 (land register of the municipality of Vals) on a permanent basis. Based on a corresponding easement agreement, it makes the Felsentherme available exclusively and free of charge to a third party for use. The costs associated with the operation, maintenance and renewal of the Felsentherme are borne exclusively by the third party. When making the Felsentherme available, it must be ensured that the public has access to the Felsentherme, taking into account the needs of the hotel operation.
