The foundation aims to promote and support people with disabilities in Switzerland, where physical impairment is the primary focus. It strives to ensure that individuals affected by a disability receive direct or indirect assistance that mitigates their disadvantages, promotes their autonomous lifestyle, and strengthens their independence. To achieve this purpose, the foundation may specifically support the Residential and Office Center for the Physically Disabled (WBZ) and other institutions in Switzerland that demonstrably contribute to the realization of the foundation's purpose, as well as provide support services to disabled employees and residents of the WBZ in Reinach to alleviate their disability-related disadvantages. Beneficiaries have no legal claim to the provision of services. The foundation does not pursue self-help and commercial purposes. The founder reserves the right to amend the foundation's purpose in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
