The foundation promotes and supports the planning, construction and operation of a Christian-based, non-profit meeting center in Rapperswil, specifically by providing funds for the planning, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of the meeting center, contributing to the financing of the employment of staff needed for the construction, management and operation of the meeting center, acquiring and/or operating parts or the entirety of the meeting center (property) as needed, and employing staff for the construction, management and/or operation of the meeting center as needed. The meeting center is intended to offer the public services and events that live and teach Christian values based on the Gospel, such as: cultural events with Christian artists, church services, lectures, seminars, courses, life counseling, pastoral care, mediation, social diaconal services, senior living communities, nursery, after-school care, homework help, lunch service, etc. The goal is to enable encounters between God and people, between people of all ages, social classes, backgrounds and cultures in peace, love and mutual respect and understanding.
