Supplementing education, further education and training, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, the foundation sets itself the goal of contributing to the systematic evaluation and practical application of impulses through consultations, evaluation and application discussions of courses with virtual learning platforms, working materials and literature. It also aims to support institutions of education, further education and training in building and maintaining their advisory services. This is achieved through active support of the application efforts of consultants, course leaders and course participants, through the publication of working materials for consultants and course participants to put knowledge into practice, through the procurement of subsidies for consultations and training, and through the implementation of PR measures for transfer consulting and the brokerage of consulting mandates. The foundation can support and honor individuals, authors or institutions that have made outstanding contributions to practice-oriented adult education. The foundation serves non-profit purposes and is not profit-oriented.
