Creation and rental of apartments in the city of Solothurn at affordable rents. The ground floor premises of the properties at Weissensteinstrasse 9 and 11 may also be rented for commercial purposes to small businesses. The apartments are primarily intended for rental to Swiss families or single Swiss individuals. They can also be rented to persons from abroad, provided that the mix of tenants does not compromise the peace and quiet of the building. The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue any profit-making goals.
