Stiftung für Stifte

The foundation aims to support and promote the education and training of students and former students of the Zürich Building Trades Vocational School who are in need or who, for other reasons, are unable to finance their education and training in whole or in part. The foundation may also support students and former students of other vocational schools in the canton of Zürich. The foundation primarily covers living and training costs for applicants in need. In exceptional cases of hardship, it may also provide support to the families of learners. To the extent that the Lehrwerkstätte für Möbelschreinerei, Zürich, LWZ, assumes education and training costs in a non-profit manner, contributions may also be awarded to the LWZ. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
