The foundation is a Swiss, non-profit, and non-profit-oriented organization aimed at supporting and promoting tax-exempt institutions, needy individuals, and projects both domestically and internationally that are engaged in charitable, humanitarian, health-promoting, educational, scientific, or cultural activities in a non-profit manner, primarily for children and young people. It helps people in need and promotes education, especially for children and young people. The foundation's purpose can also be fulfilled through donations to other tax-exempt public or non-profit institutions domestically and internationally that are active in the sense of the foundation's purpose. The foundation can also provide direct support services in the sense of the foundation's purpose to needy natural persons. The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit. The foundation fulfills its purpose by promoting and supporting projects, organizations, institutions, and individuals that are committed to the aforementioned purposes and that guarantee that donations in kind or money received from the foundation are used efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the foundation's purpose in the sense of the purpose of the Geschwister Rühle Foundation. The foundation is active in Switzerland and abroad. A subsequent change of purpose according to Art. 86a CC is expressly reserved.
