The foundation aims to manage the museum gleichundanders, which includes the following collections of the founder: chess collection (plus caricatures of world champions); tongue twisters; paperclip pictures and video; Linguarena (wall hanging and video); pictures by Julius Süss; tree drawings; pictures of writers/painters and script pictures, etc.; obituaries; drawings by A. Bilko. During his lifetime and as long as he is capable of acting, the founder alone decides on changes to the exhibition material (deletions or additions), later Nicola Perot, and after his death or loss of capacity to act, the foundation board by majority decision. The museum can organize events and exhibitions (also of its own collections) and award a prize that corresponds to the purpose of the foundation. The gleichundanders model (always written in one word) is intended to illustrate and raise awareness of the principle inherent in nature, overcoming opposites and promoting peace. This should take into account natural scientific, humanities, cultural and political aspects.
