The foundation aims to finance, construct, acquire, hold and operate cultural infrastructure buildings in the Saanenland region for the purpose of hosting cultural and musical productions of high artistic value, as well as social gatherings, all for the benefit of the general public. The foundation also aims to collect financial resources to achieve the aforementioned purpose. The foundation operates within the framework of its purpose in the Saanenland region. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purpose and does not strive for profit. The foundation pursues public or non-profit purposes and is politically and denominationally neutral.
