Stiftung Gurten-Park im Grünen

The foundation aims to preserve and expand the publicly accessible recreation area Gurten near Bern, as well as to establish a cultural and meeting center and promote cultural events on the Gurten. The foundation can participate in companies and acquire properties; it has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purposes. The foundation can establish companies, participate in other companies, operate or have gastronomy businesses operated to achieve the foundation's purpose. It can acquire, develop and possibly resell properties. The foundation is active in the Bern region within the framework of its purpose.
