Stiftung Heilpädagogische Früherziehung im Kanton Bern

The purpose of the foundation is the holistic promotion and support of children with disabilities, developmental delays, restrictions or risks from birth to a maximum of two years after school entry, as well as the advisory support of the family and social environment. It aims to create favorable conditions for the development of these children. To this end, pedagogical-therapeutic measures with a focus on special education and occupational therapy are carried out with the children in accordance with the regulations of the Canton of Bern. To fulfill its tasks, the foundation operates an early childhood education service with a head office and regional branches and employs early childhood educators. The foundation's activities are limited to the territory of the Canton of Bern.
