The purpose of the foundation is to provide young people with mild disabilities, particularly those affected by Asperger's autism, with comprehensive IT training and resources through a comprehensive training program, enabling them to find employment in the field of information technology on the regular job market. In accordance with the education plan for the "Ordinance on Vocational Basic Training for IT Practitioners EBA and IT Specialists EFZ", the foundation aims to conduct practice-oriented courses necessary for successful vocational training. To this end, the foundation covers the costs of conducting the courses. The foundation operates throughout Switzerland.
