The foundation aims to establish and operate a non-profit youth and cultural center in Zurich-Rehalp. The center is intended to be open to people of all age groups, regardless of their social, religious and political orientation. Possible additional centers in the canton of Zurich with the same objectives may follow later. The youth and cultural center is intended to provide a platform and opportunities for cultural exchange, adult education courses, leisure activities for children and young people, and social and societal events to promote cohesion among its users. In addition to the establishment and operation of the centers, the foundation aims to promote Jewish tradition and its dissemination. This is intended to convey norms and values that promote coexistence in a multicultural society. The foundation can develop all activities that are conducive to achieving the foundation's purpose, including the acquisition and management of properties, the awarding of service contracts, and the employment of personnel. The foundation can provide financial support to the underprivileged and to charitable institutions. The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
