This is intended to make an important contribution to public health and thus to the prevention of physical inactivity, increasing obesity and potential alcohol and drug consumption among young people today. The foundation also supports performance-oriented youth sports and helps young players achieve their sporting and professional goals. It enables young talents to exploit their sporting potential in the best possible way and promotes the development of a positive, performance-oriented and socially competent youth. The foundation specifically supports school and youth handball in the Bern region, as well as special projects for the promotion of young handball talents.
