A) The acceptance into ownership of the St. Urban Chapel, Article 12 of the land register of the municipality of Gurmels, and its religious and cultic facilities; b) The preservation and restoration of the St. Urban Chapel in Liebistorf (municipality of Gurmels); c) The operation and management of the chapel as a place of worship and contemplation, and the preservation of the chapel as a cultural asset for the general public; d) The preservation of the Roman Catholic dedication and consecration of the chapel, which, while respecting this fundamental character, is also intended to be made available to other recognized Christian denominations and for cultural events; e) The procurement and management of financial resources, in particular from collections, legacies, and donations made to public-law and private corporations as well as natural or legal persons; f) The preservation and maintenance of the wayside crosses on the territory of Liebistorf (municipality of Gurmels).
