The purpose of the foundation is primarily to support and promote children's and junior football in the city of Langenthal, including: to financially support the training and promotion of football-enthusiastic children and young adults in the city of Langenthal, to promote their social integration, to develop their football skills, to support their physical and mental development, to ensure their social status in the city of Langenthal, and to represent their interests in public. The foundation works with other organizations and institutions that are committed to promoting and supporting children's and junior sports in the city of Langenthal, the Oberaargau region, and adjacent regions, as needed. It can enter into all legal transactions and take actions that serve its goals directly or indirectly, including fundraising, financially and ideologically supporting organizations based in the city of Langenthal, the Oberaargau region, or adjacent regions, and carrying out activities. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Commercial purposes are excluded.
