The foundation aims to create the basis for the construction of a concert hall and hotel by an outstanding architect in Braunwald/Glarus Süd. The concert hall is intended to be one of the best internationally, not only in terms of architecture but also acoustics. The hotel is expected to meet the highest standards in terms of quality, naturalness, and authentic hospitality. The concept of cultural content in this concert hall and hotel will be defined in the form of an annual program and will have an international flair. The financing of this program is to be secured sustainably. This foundation should not prejudice the later organization and management of the project. However, it is possible, but not mandatory, that the foundation will take on a leading role in the operation of the concert hall. The foundation may, in particular: a) search for and secure a suitable plot of land for the project and conclude the corresponding (land registry) legal transactions; b) search for and acquire investors and patrons.
