Stiftung Kulturraum Warteck

The purpose of the foundation is to support cultural, artistic, handicraft and non-profit activities on part of the former Warteck brewery site. The foundation makes available to interested natural or legal persons, for such activities, the buildings donated to it for this purpose, for rent or building rights. To fulfill its purpose, the foundation may, at its discretion or on the basis of regulations issued for this purpose, provide benefits to individual artists or other groups, in particular to associations formed for this purpose, to the extent that its financial resources permit. Finally, the foundation may also pursue its purpose by making contributions to other natural or legal persons, provided that they engage in cultural, artistic, handicraft and non-profit activities.
