Stiftung Literacy

The foundation aims to create, implement and manage, as well as support projects in the fields of education and social and cultural events, particularly for orphans and half-orphans, both domestically and abroad. The foundation may participate in other institutions exempt from tax due to their non-profit nature, with a similar or identical purpose, while maintaining its foundation purpose, as well as acquire, sell and manage real estate. Furthermore, it may provide financing for its own or third-party accounts, as well as assume guarantees and sureties. The foundation has a non-profit character, does not pursue any commercial purpose and does not strive for profit. The founder reserves the right to change the foundation's purpose in the sense of Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
