Establishment and operation of the Optik-Haus in Heerbrugg, in particular to provide high-quality food and beverages to the staff of the founding company and its successor companies, as well as to make seminar, office, lounge and social rooms available to the founding company and the public. The foundation may also maintain similar facilities at other locations.
