The Priesterheim Appenzell Foundation provides housing for elderly, needy priests and pastoral workers who are or were mainly employed in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden or are citizens of Appenzell Innerrhoden. It can also provide housing for other needy priests. The foundation can also use any income to support other needy priests and pastoral workers who do not receive housing, for their housing needs. 2. The Priesterheim Appenzell Foundation can make rooms available for needy, elderly, single women and, if necessary, for a children's home or kindergarten. 3. The Priesterheim Appenzell Foundation can support other charitable purposes by granting building rights to plots No. 8 and No. 212, Appenzell. The building rights fees generated will mainly serve the purpose according to point 1. 4. The existing house, Gaiserstrasse 18, 9050 Appenzell, serves mainly the foundation's purpose according to points 1 and 2. It can be adapted and renovated with any income for this purpose.
