Stiftung pro Cappella Andrea Barca

The purpose of the foundation is to promote art and culture through the orchestra ensemble "Cappella Andrea Barca", by enabling the general public to attend concerts by the orchestra with musicians from over a dozen nations and chamber music groups at affordable ticket prices. Furthermore, free concerts and free attendance at rehearsals and general rehearsals as well as other artistic activities, such as attending masterclasses, are to be promoted. This is intended to promote cultural exchange with other countries and thus international understanding based on the universal language of music. In addition, the promotion of young artistic talent in the field of music, among other things through musicians of the Capella Andrea Barca in this and other formations, is to be supported. The foundation does not pursue any profit-making intentions, no self-interest and is politically neutral.
