2) The Revivis Foundation initiates, conducts and/or supports research and training projects in Switzerland and abroad that meet the following conditions: 1) The aim of the research is to develop marketable products and/or services that serve to maintain, shape or enhance vital forces, and thus diversity, differentiation, health and creativity - in nature, humans and society. 2) Specifically, firstly, technical products and processes are to be investigated for their detrimental effects (emissions) in the aforementioned areas. Secondly, measures are to be developed to remedy these effects, either by supplementing or modifying the causative factors, or by compensating, revitalizing, correcting or healing the disturbances. Particular care is to be taken to develop proactively promoting (salutogenic) effects. 3) To achieve this goal, relevant non-physical reality areas are included in research and development, as well as physical-technical aspects. 3) The foundation's funds come from corporate participations (Art. 4) and donations from third parties. 4) The Revivis Foundation can participate in economic enterprises in Switzerland and abroad that provide services in accordance with Art. 2. In doing so, the foundation undertakes to exercise its voting and electoral rights in the appointment of the company's and research management, the use of profits and other decisions in such a way that both the economic performance and development capacity of the company concerned and the purposes of the foundation itself are taken into account in a purposeful and goal-oriented manner and can mutually fertilize each other. The other stakeholders are also to be involved in an appropriate manner. The returns that accrue to the foundation from such participations are again used exclusively in the sense of Art. 2 to 4 of the foundation's purpose. 5) The first company in which the Revivis Foundation is involved through the acquisition of shares in accordance with Art. 3 and which has prompted its establishment is Pneumatit AG, based in Rheinau, Switzerland. With this participation, the foundation aims to help secure the self-determined corporate individuality of Pneumatit AG. It is therefore committed to: 1) The close link between initiative corporate management and majority voting rights; 2) The use of profits in line with the company's objectives; 3) The inseparability of operational and strategic aspects.
