The creation or acquisition and possible expansion of several buildings with workshops, classrooms and administrative spaces. These buildings can be made available to SWISSMODE - Association of Clothing Switzerland (successor organization of CSS) and others for the use of the Swiss Clothing School operated by it. Furthermore, the buildings can be made available for the accommodation of the association's secretariat, possibly other institutions that exist in the interest of the Swiss clothing and textile industry and similar, to the extent that this does not affect the rights and interests of the co-founders. The foundation's task is to support the Swiss Clothing School and other basic and further education offers in the field of clothing design. In addition, the foundation promotes participation in national and international professional championships. The foundation can also support the activities of SWISSMODE - Association of Clothing Switzerland, in particular to support non-profit activities in the interest of the clothing design profession. The foundation board can establish more detailed provisions for achieving the foundation's purpose in a regulation. Regulations can be changed or repealed at any time, subject to the preservation of the foundation's purpose. The enactment, amendment and repeal of regulations require the approval of the competent supervisory authority.
