It can provide services and make financial contributions to needy Jewish individuals or non-profit institutions with similar or identical goals within the framework of the foundation's purpose. It can acquire, use, or sell properties and make them available to such non-profit institutions or needy Jewish individuals. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
