The foundation pursues the following purpose: promotion, financing and coordination of research and innovation in the field of hadron therapy and other innovative methods of radiation therapy as well as nuclear medicine, particularly in the area of innovative imaging procedures and targeted therapies and medically applied high-energy physics. Within the framework of clinical studies and after medical indication, financial support for diagnostic and therapeutic costs arising in the context of the aforementioned promoted areas, which do not yet have reimbursement by health insurance providers. Informing the public about possible treatments through hadron therapy and other innovative methods of radiation therapy as well as nuclear medicine, particularly in the area of innovative imaging procedures and targeted therapies and medically applied high-energy physics.
