The purpose of the foundation is to support the association 'Tele-Hilfe', Telephone Pastoral Care Basel, in its efforts to offer a telephone pastoral care conversation to people seeking advice and help at all times. This is achieved on the one hand by ensuring the salary claims of the employed staff and on the other hand by ensuring the operationally related costs in connection with the members of the team of volunteer workers, such as expense allowances, training and further education, supervision, etc. The foundation provides funds in times of acute financial need in the aforementioned sense, so that the association 'Tele-Hilfe' can maintain its activities as far as possible. In addition, the association 'Tele-Hilfe' can be granted funds to cover expenses related to necessary and/or useful projects that aim to secure and/or promote the quality of the operation and the services provided. To fulfill its purpose, the foundation provides services to the association 'Tele-Hilfe', Telephone Pastoral Care Basel, in Basel, or to its legal successor. The foundation can also provide corresponding services directly to employees or agents of the association.
