The foundation is non-profit and aims to promote and support projects in the following areas, both domestically and internationally, in an exclusively charitable manner: (a) Animal welfare projects. (b) Child protection projects, particularly providing material assistance to children in social need or care for children. (c) Climate protection projects. (d) Social and humanitarian projects. (e) Raising public awareness of the foundation's activities and results, including the creation and financing of studies and analyses in the areas mentioned in section 2.1. 2.2. The foundation pursues its purpose primarily through grants to organizations, institutions, corporations, project sponsors, and individuals who transparently demonstrate their needs or the need for support for their projects and simultaneously guarantee an efficient use of funds in line with the foundation's purpose, providing sufficient information to the public and the foundation about their activities. 2.3. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may enter into ideological and financial partnerships with public-law and/or private companies and support platforms that serve the purpose of enabling projects in the areas of climate protection, child aid, and animal welfare through fundraising, crowdfunding, and network building. 2.4 The founder reserves the right to change the purpose of the foundation in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code, at the earliest after ten years, provided that the changed purpose is again exclusively charitable.
