The foundation aims to a) enable people in a life crisis to take a break, helping them to reorient themselves professionally and privately, strengthening and encouraging them both spiritually and physically. In this sense, the foundation is to create a place of rest and recreation. It provides those affected with contributions for accommodation, accompaniment and promotion, insofar as they cannot finance the break themselves. b) To hold, manage and permanently maintain the property in Verbania, Italy, with country houses, rusticos, guest rooms, multi-purpose buildings and leisure facilities directly or indirectly (through legal entities held by it) for the purpose of fulfilling the purpose according to Art. 2. In order for the foundation to be self-sufficient with its facilities, it can rent out apartments, rooms, conference/seminar rooms and campsites for tourist purposes. It can organize conferences, seminars, banquets and parties (birthday, anniversary, wedding). It can also accommodate larger groups (school classes, youth or adult leisure activities). Subplots, individual plots or properties of the Verbania property may not be sold. The foundation can acquire, own, rent, lease, sell and take over further properties in building rights. The properties held directly or indirectly by the foundation are made available for the purpose of fulfilling the foundation's purpose. c) To provide contributions in the sense of the idea of charity to people in special life situations. Special life situations include need (physical and spiritual), illness, accident, death of relatives, life crises or other emergencies. The support can take the form of existence-securing contributions or loans. d) To enable the founders and their descendants to use the property in Verbania, Italy, and other properties free of charge or for a fee to be determined by the foundation council, insofar as a stay serves education, training, family cohesion and marriage promotion, as well as in special life situations where a break is indicated. e) The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and abroad within the framework of its purpose.
