The foundation aims to combat tuberculosis in the canton of Grisons in its own sanatorium or, if circumstances permit, instead of operating its own sanatorium, to promote the accommodation of Grisons patients in other people's sanatoriums in the canton of Grisons. To the extent that the annual returns are not needed to combat tuberculosis, they can also be used for the benefit of patients with other respiratory and lung diseases, for the prevention of respiratory organ diseases or, ultimately, for clinical research in Grisons for the benefit of patients suffering from respiratory organ diseases.
