The foundation's primary objective, although not exclusively, is to support organizations and projects in the canton of Aargau that work for the benefit of disadvantaged, needy, and distressed individuals. In addition to improving living conditions, this also includes actions that bring joy and variety to the lives of these people. The foundation does not carry out its own projects or mandates, which means it operates locally, although donations to organizations active throughout Switzerland are possible. Periodic donations are intended to improve the living conditions of people in Switzerland. Typically, support is provided through donations to non-profit organizations that take on such tasks. However, individual projects can also be considered. A particular concern of the donor is to improve living conditions and the basis of existence in mountainous regions. This can include supporting projects for individual families or the preservation and renewal of infrastructure for larger communities. The foundation's assets and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose, and any commercial activities are excluded.
