The foundation's purpose is to promote and support children and young people in their educational and vocational training, both domestically and abroad. This is to be achieved through the following measures: a. Financial support: provision of scholarships and financial assistance to students and trainees from low-income families to enable them to access educational and training institutions and improve their educational opportunities. b. Mentoring and counseling: establishment of a network of mentors and advisors who support young people in overcoming academic challenges, choosing a career, and applying for training and study places. c. Educational programs: financing of extracurricular educational offers, such as tutoring, language courses, computer and media literacy courses, as well as special support programs for particularly gifted children and young people, tailored to the needs of the respective region. d. Equipment and materials: provision of teaching and learning materials as well as technical equipment, such as textbooks, computers, and other necessary aids, to improve the learning conditions of students, with a particular focus on resource-poor areas. e. Promotion of social projects: support for projects and initiatives that promote social skills, teamwork, and intercultural understanding, to ensure the holistic development of children and young people, regardless of their background, family, and life situation. f. Internships and work experience: mediation and support in organizing internships, student jobs, and other measures for vocational orientation and practical experience. g. Health and nutrition promotion: financing and support of programs for health promotion and healthy nutrition, to strengthen the physical and mental performance of children and young people. Through these measures, the foundation aims to contribute to ensuring that all children and young people, regardless of their social or economic background, receive the best possible education and develop their full potential. To achieve the foundation's purpose, the foundation may enter into contracts and cooperations, acquire, manage, and sell properties and real estate. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral. The provision of the foundation's services and support is independent of origin, gender, race, and religion. The foundation is non-profit and does not pursue commercial goals.
