The foundation aims to provide affordable housing or apartments and commercial buildings in Wolfenschiessen, excluding any speculative intent. It is a member of WOHNEN SCHWEIZ - Association of Building Cooperatives. To this end, it can acquire and sell, mediate, make available for development and develop land on the one hand, and acquire land in ownership or in building rights, build and manage it itself on the other hand.
