The foundation's purpose is to promote the establishment and operation of facilities for the daytime care of children, exemplarily through the construction and operation of a specialized daycare center for preschool children with rare or severe (chronic) illnesses. These care services aim to close an existing gap in care in Switzerland by offering inclusive services that integrate both pedagogical and nursing expertise. The foundation aims to provide children who require more intensive care and nursing support with a suitable and high-quality daytime care through its offer. The foundation plans to open its first daycare center in Zurich and has the possibility to open and operate additional locations throughout Switzerland in the future. Furthermore, the foundation can, within the scope of its purpose, enter into cooperations and offer consulting services in the areas of activity of the foundation. These can include, among other things, the planning and implementation of similar facilities, the training of specialized personnel, or the consulting of other organizations. These activities serve to share the foundation's knowledge and experience and to promote the quality of care nationwide.
