The foundation aims to promote sustainable water management worldwide. Within the framework of this purpose and to promote it, the foundation can in particular: support research projects and publications (on any data carriers); develop and operate social media platforms; define standards and award corresponding quality labels; design, implement and/or support courses and all kinds of other events; acquire, develop and license rights related to the foundation's purpose; establish or support other foundations with the same purpose; carry out all other activities that are suitable to promote the foundation's purpose. Any income from these activities will be used exclusively for the foundation's purpose. The foundation is politically neutral and does not support any activities that violate the principle of equal rights and equal opportunities for all people. The foundation has a non-profit purpose and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
