The foundation aims to preserve and maintain the properties Marktgasse 8, Grabengasse 1 and 3 in the historic center of Bülach/ZH as an ensemble of old town houses, taking into account the requirements of monument preservation. The properties are to be rented exclusively for residential and commercial purposes, in accordance with local customs and in a manner that is appropriate, and permanently removed from speculation. The foundation's income is to be used without exception to achieve the foundation's purpose. The foundation can acquire additional properties in the city of Bülach and dedicate them to the foundation's purpose. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
