The foundation aims to promote and support individuals or non-profit institutions in a diaconal and creation-oriented sense on a non-profit basis. The foundation can act on its own or support other organizations with similar goals, particularly on a Christian basis. It does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes. The purpose can be achieved in particular through a) direct or indirect assistance to individuals who are (1) ill or disabled, (2) in material, personal or spiritual need, or (3) victims of disasters, social ills, persecution, etc., b) support and promotion, including care for children and young people, elderly people, families and single people, c) support and promotion of concerns for the preservation of creation, nature, environment, landscape, cultural heritage, etc., d) support and promotion of institutions, events or individuals that, within the framework of the purpose defined in paragraphs 1 and 2, perform basic work or draw public attention to such concerns. In the absence of any regulation, the foundation board decides on the foundation's services within the framework of the foundation's purpose, exercising its due discretion.
