Support of secular lay choirs (men's, women's, mixed and youth choirs) based in the canton of St. Gallen by assuming deficit guarantees for concert performances, training events (regional choir conductor and singer training), activities to promote youth choir work, in particular cantonal youth choir singing festivals; also by covering the costs of composition commissions to St. Gallen composers for choral literature.
