The foundation aims to allow long-standing key employees of Remaco Holding AG or its legal successor and affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the employer company) to participate in the business results achieved through participation in Remaco Holding AG, within the framework of employee participation in the business results. The employee participation regulations define the conditions and implementation of employee participation. The foundation may make contributions to other pension institutions.
