All activities related to the acquisition of direct and indirect participations in all commercial, financial, movable and immovable property companies, in the sense of a holding company. The company may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders. It may grant loans and other financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries or to third parties, on a paid or free basis, and in particular provide guarantees of all kinds to secure the commitments of these companies, including by way of pledges on its assets or transfers of ownership for security purposes or by means of other guarantees.
