Strassengenossenschaft Palüda Davos

The cooperative aims to a) permanently maintain the Palüdastrasse from the junction with Eggastrasse to the intersection with Stockenstrasse (excluding branches and forecourts to individual properties) and b) maintain the Stockenstrasse from the intersection with Palüdastrasse to the middle and thus provide access to parcel 5567 (excluding branches and forecourts to individual properties) in an orderly manner (including snow removal) and adapt to any changed requirements. Furthermore, the cooperative aims to represent the common interests of the residents vis-à-vis authorities and third parties, with the possible use of legal remedies to enforce these interests.
