The road association aims to protect the interests of its members in the construction and maintenance as well as in the use of the Allmendstrasse, Uertestrasse, Bachstrasse, Kanalstrasse and the Brunnenweg, including their components in the municipality of Stansstad NW. The road association can take all measures and conduct all business, as well as conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the road association or are directly or indirectly related to it. With the decision of the general assembly, it can also acquire road parcels as property.
