The company's purpose is to provide any consulting services in business management and organization, asset management, trade in any product and service, as well as any operation in the real estate sector, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through any operation - especially through any contract - without limitation: regarding its location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding its object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; regarding its execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if it serves its interests.
